Kirsty’s career in property investment started 20 years ago as a commercial property surveyor. She has over 10 years experience at Director level with some of the industry’s biggest players including CBRE, Hammerson plc and Boots. Her professional career has focussed on acquiring and asset managing commercial property to maximise value , responsible for multi million pound portfolios from shopping centres, to high streets, office parks to industrial estates.
In 2016 Kirsty set up her own consultancy and has focussed on building her own commercial portfolio as a full time property investor. She now has time to help others understand and invest in the sector. Kirsty’s ultimate aim is for commercial property to provide a stable passive income providing a flexible lifestyle and actively participate in urban regeneration of the places we live, work and play.
